Regarding the effect "When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can target up to 3 Spell/Trap Cards on the field; destroy them": * This is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone. * This effect targets 1 to 3 Spell/Trap Cards on either side of the field. * This effect can only be activated when (immediately after) this card is Tribute Summoned. If another process occurs after this card is Tribute Summoned—such as if it was Tribute Summoned as Chain Link 2 or higher—this effect cannot be activated. * If this card was Tribute Summoned by Tributing a WATER monster, your opponent cannot activate the targeted cards in response to the activation of this effect. (Even if this card's effects are negated when you activate this effect, your opponent still cannot activate the targeted cards in response.)
