【Regarding the ① effect】

You can activate this card by targeting 1 face-up "WIND Xyz Monster with no Xyz Materials" in your Monster Zone.

It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.

The process "destroy this card when the targeted monster leaves the field" does not create a Chain Link. (This also applies during the Damage Step.)

If the effect "the effects of all face-up monsters on the field are negated" is applied, the effects of all face-up monsters on both fields, including the targeted monster, are negated.

If the targeted monster is in face-down Defense Position at the time of resolution, it remains targeted, and the effect is applied as written in the text. (The resolution of the ② effect is also performed as written in the text.)

【Regarding the ② effect】

This is an effect that activates in the Spell & Trap Zone only during the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, and it creates a Chain Link.

This is a mandatory effect.

This effect activates even if the monster targeted by this card is no longer a valid target. In that case, no action is performed, and this card remains face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone.
