Effect
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Card from your Deck to the Graveyard. During either player's turn: You can target 1 "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Card and 1 appropriate monster on the field; equip that Equip Spell Card to that appropriate monster. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field.

This is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
It can also be activated during the Damage Step.
【Regarding the ② effect】
This is a Quick Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
This effect targets a total of 2 cards: 1 "Noble Arms" Equip Spell card equipped to a monster, and 1 other monster to equip that card to.
It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
Both of the 2 targeted cards can be cards on either your field or your opponent's field.
Even if the targeted monster is unaffected by card effects, the effect is processed as written. (The targeted Equip Spell card is moved to the targeted monster.)
If the targeted monster is no longer face-up in the Monster Zone at the time of resolution, or if the targeted Equip Spell card is no longer face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone at the time of resolution, the effect is not applied.
