【Regarding the ① effect】
This is a Quick Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
When resolving the effect, you perform the "destroy that monster" action, and if the destruction is successful, you perform the "draw 1 card" action.
The action of destroying and the action of drawing are considered to happen simultaneously.
If the targeted monster is in face-down Defense Position or if the targeted monster's ATK is the same as its original ATK at the time of resolution, the effect is still applied normally.
