You can only use this effect of "Number 75: Bamboozling Gossip Shadow" once per turn.

This is a Triggered Quick Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
This effect can be activated by chaining directly to the activation of an opponent's monster effect.
This effect cannot be activated if either player's Deck has 0 cards.
This effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
This is not an effect that is applied to a card. (Even the effect of a card that is unaffected by monster effects is changed to "Each player draws 1 card from their Deck".)
