You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. When 3 Destiny Counters are on this card, you win the Duel.
"When 3 Destiny Counters are placed on this card, you win the Duel" is not treated as an effect. It is a victory condition determined by the card.
"①" is an Ignition Effect that can be activated on the field.
When resolving the effect of "①", you perform the action of "detach 1 Xyz Material from this card" and the action of "place 1 Destiny Counter on this card". (These actions occur simultaneously.)
The effect of "①" cannot be activated during a turn in which you have already conducted your Battle Phase. Furthermore, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect.
