This is an Ignition Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.

"Your opponent cannot activate effects on the field this turn" is an effect applied to the opponent player. (Even if a card is unaffected by monster effects, the opponent will still be unable to activate that card's effects.)

When the effect "Your opponent cannot activate effects on the field this turn" is applied, the opponent cannot activate effects of cards already on the field, nor can they activate Spell/Trap cards from their hand.

"Negate the effects of all other face-up cards on the field until the end of this turn" is applied only to cards that are face-up on the field at the time of resolution. Effects of cards that become face-up on the field after this effect has resolved are not negated.

This is an Ignition Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.

You cannot activate this effect during a turn in which you cannot conduct your Battle Phase, or during a turn in which you have already conducted your Battle Phase.
