If "Odd-Eyes Dragon" battles a monster with the same ATK and both are destroyed, the effect does not activate.
Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the original ATK of the opponent's monster destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard.
If "Odd-Eyes Dragon" destroys a monster treated as a monster card such as "Embodiment of Apophis," a Monster Token, or a Pendulum Monster by battle, it is not treated as being sent to the Graveyard, and the effect does not activate.
