Effect
If you have 2 cards in your Pendulum Zones: Target 2 monsters in your Graveyard, each with a Level between (exclusive) the Pendulum Scales of the cards in your Pendulum Zones; add them to your hand.
【Regarding the ① effect】
Cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
You can also target a Fusion/Pendulum Monster or a Synchro/Pendulum Monster. In that case, the targeted monster is returned to the Extra Deck face-down. Xyz/Pendulum Monsters do not have a Level, so they cannot be targeted.
If you have monsters with the same Pendulum Scale in both of your Pendulum Zones, or if you have monsters with a Pendulum Scale difference of only 1, you cannot perform a Pendulum Summon, and therefore this card cannot be activated.
