The Pendulum Effect "①: Once per turn, you can target 1 face-up monster on the field; switch its ATK and DEF until the end of this turn" is an effect that creates a Chain Link. (It targets 1 face-up monster on the field. You can only activate this effect during your Main Phase.)

If the ATK or DEF has been changed by the effect of an Equip Spell Card or similar, the values in their changed state are switched until the end of the turn.

The monster effect "①: Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can target 1 monster you control; change its battle position, and if you do, swap its ATK and DEF until the end of this turn" is a Trigger Effect that can be activated optionally during the Battle Phase. (It targets 1 monster you control. Also, it cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)

If the ATK or DEF has been changed by the effect of an Equip Spell card or similar, the values in that changed state are swapped until the end of the turn.
