When the effect resolves, the targeted monster's Level becomes the sum of its current Level and the Level of "Photon Satellite" on the field.
If the targeted monster or "Photon Satellite" is no longer face-up in the Monster Zone when the effect resolves, the effect that makes the Level the sum of their Levels is not applied.
