This effect is also applied to Xyz Monsters that appear on the field after this effect is applied. (You can activate this effect even if there are no Xyz Monsters on the field.)
If two copies of "Planck Scale" are activated in the same turn, each of their "● All Rank 3 or lower Xyz Monsters on each side of the field gain 500 ATK/DEF" effects are applied, and the ATK/DEF of Rank 3 or lower Xyz Monsters will increase by 1000.
