Effect
Activate this card by targeting 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your GY; Special Summon that target. Increase its Level by 1 and ATK/DEF by 100. When that monster is destroyed, destroy this card.
【Regarding the ① effect】
Cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
When activating this card, target 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your Graveyard. You continue to target that monster even after it is Special Summoned.
"That monster's Level increases by 1, and it gains 100 ATK/DEF" is an effect applied by this card in the Spell & Trap Zone to the monster in the targeted Monster Zone. (If this card is no longer in the Spell & Trap Zone after the Special Summon, the Special Summoned monster remains on the field, but this effect is no longer applied.)
Once the monster Special Summoned by this effect is no longer face-up in the Monster Zone, the effect "Level increases by 1, and it gains 100 ATK/DEF" is no longer applied, and the effect "when that monster is destroyed, destroy this card" is also no longer applied.
The process of "when that monster is destroyed, destroy this card" does not create a Chain Link. (This is also applied during the Damage Step.)
