Effect
When this card is Summoned: You can banish 1 "Ninja" or "Ninjitsu Art" card from your GY, then target 1 Set card your opponent controls; reveal that Set card, then return it to either the top or bottom of the Deck. Your opponent cannot activate the targeted card in response to this effect's activation. You can only use this effect of "Red Dragon Ninja" once per turn.
The monster effect of "Red Dragon Ninja" is a Trigger Effect.
This effect can be activated optionally when "Red Dragon Ninja" is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned face-up, or when it is Flip Summoned. (It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)
This effect targets 1 Set card on your opponent's field.
When activating this effect, you must banish 1 "Ninja" card or 1 "Ninjitsu Art" card from your Graveyard as a cost.
Your opponent cannot activate the targeted card in direct chain to the activation of the monster effect of "Red Dragon Ninja." (Your opponent can still activate other cards or effects as normal.)
