When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard by the effect of a Zombie-Type monster: You can target 1 face-up Zombie-Type monster you control; detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster on the field, and if you do, increase the targeted monster's Level by 1 and its ATK by 300 (even if the targeting conditions are no longer correct).
The monster effect of "Crimson Blood-Ghost" is a Trigger Effect. (It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)
This effect targets 1 face-up Zombie monster in your Monster Zone.
When performing the action of "detach 1 Xyz Material from the field," you choose 1 Xyz Material from either your field or your opponent's field to detach. (If there are no Xyz Materials on the field, you cannot activate the monster effect of "Crimson Blood-Ghost" at all.)
The action of "detach 1 Xyz Material from the field" and the action of "increase the level of the targeted monster by 1 and increase its ATK by 300" are treated as occurring simultaneously.
