When your opponent activates a Trap Card while you control a Plant monster (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
The effect of "Rose Archer" is a Quick Effect that activates in the hand. (This effect does not target. It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)
To activate this effect, you send "Rose Archer" itself from your hand to the Graveyard as a cost.
This effect is activated by chaining directly to the activation of an opponent's Trap Card. (It cannot be activated by chaining to the activation of a Trap Card's effect.)
If you no longer control a Plant-Type monster when the effect resolves, the effect is still applied normally.
