【Regarding the ① effect】

This effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.

When resolving this effect, you perform the action of "Special Summon 1 'tellarknight' monster from your Deck with a different name than that monster," and if that Special Summon is successful, you perform the action of "shuffle the targeted monster into the owner's Deck."

You can target a monster that is unaffected by Spell effects. Furthermore, even if the targeted monster is unaffected by Spell effects at the time of resolution, the action of "Special Summon 1 'tellarknight' monster from your Deck with a different name than that monster" is still performed as described in the text.

The action of Special Summoning and the action of shuffling into the Deck are considered to occur simultaneously.

If the targeted monster is no longer face-up in the Monster Zone at the time of resolution, no action is performed.

If the monster Special Summoned by this effect is no longer face-up in the Monster Zone, the application of the effect "you cannot Special Summon monsters, except 'tellarknight' monsters" ceases.
