Effect
If your opponent's monsters on the field outnumber your non-Token monsters on the field: Tribute any number of "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens"; Special Summon an equal number of "Mecha Phantom Beast" monsters from your Deck. Shuffle them into the Deck during the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Scramble!! Scramble!!" per turn.
When activating "紧急発进" (Emergency Takeoff), you must Tribute any number of "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" you control in your Monster Zone as a cost.
This effect does not target. (When the effect resolves, you Special Summon a number of "Mecha Phantom Beast" monsters from your Deck equal to the number of "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" Tributed.)
This card cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
The effect "monsters Special Summoned by this effect return to the owner's Deck during the End Phase" does not create a Chain Link.
