Effect
All "Scrap" monsters gain 200 ATK and DEF. When a face-up "Scrap" monster(s) on the field is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon 1 "Scrap" monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Scrap Factory" once per turn.
The effect "①: All 'Scrap' monsters on the field gain 200 ATK/DEF" is an effect that does not start a Chain Link. (This effect is applied not only to face-up "Scrap" monsters in your Monster Zone, but also to face-up "Scrap" monsters in your opponent's Monster Zone.)
The effect "②: When a face-up 'Scrap' monster on the field is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 'Scrap' monster from your Deck" creates a Chain Link. (Only the controller of "Scrap Factory" can activate this effect. It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
The effect "You can Special Summon 1 'Scrap' monster from your Deck" does not target.
The effect "You can Special Summon 1 'Scrap' monster from your Deck" is an optional effect that can be activated when a face-up "Scrap" monster in the Monster Zone is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the GY. (It cannot be activated if a "Scrap" monster is destroyed by an effect activated as Chain Link 2 or higher.)
