If you have 5 or more "Spellbook" Spell Cards in your Graveyard: Excavate the top 2 cards of your Deck, add any excavated "Spellbook" Spell Cards to your hand, also shuffle the other cards into the Deck. You can only activate 1 "Spellbook Library of the Heliosphere" per turn. You cannot activate any Spell Cards the turn you activate this card, except "Spellbook" Spell Cards.
This effect does not target.
The process of "add all 'Spellbook' Spell Cards among them to your hand" and the process of "shuffle the remaining cards into your Deck" are treated as occurring simultaneously.
"You can only activate 1 'Spellbook Library of the Crescent' per turn, and you cannot activate Spell Cards other than 'Spellbook' cards during the turn you activate this card" is not treated as an effect.
You cannot activate "Spellbook Library of the Crescent" during a turn in which you have already activated a Spell Card other than a "Spellbook" card, and you cannot activate Spell Cards other than "Spellbook" cards during a turn in which you activate "Spellbook Library of the Crescent."
