Effect
Target 1 Spellcaster-Type Xyz Monster in your Graveyard and up to 2 of your banished "Spellbook" Spell Cards; Special Summon that monster, and if you do, attach the targeted "Spellbook" Spell Card(s) to it as Xyz Material. You can only activate 1 "Spellbook of Miracles" per turn.
This effect targets 1 Spellcaster Xyz Monster in your Graveyard and 1 or 2 of your banished "Spellbook" Spell Cards, for a total of 2 to 3 cards.
You cannot activate "Spellbook of Miracles" if you do not have any banished "Spellbook" Spell Cards.
The process of "Special Summon the selected monster" and the process of "attach the selected 'Spellbook' Spell Card(s) to that monster as Xyz Material" are treated as occurring simultaneously.
If the targeted Xyz Monster is no longer in the Graveyard when the effect resolves, the effect is not applied. (The targeted "Spellbook" Spell Card(s) remain banished.)
