You cannot activate this card during the Damage Step.

Otherwise, place it on the bottom of the Deck": This is an effect that starts a Chain Link and can be activated while this card is in the Spell & Trap Zone. This effect can also be activated in the same Chain Link as the activation of the card itself.

This is an effect that creates a Chain Link, activated by this card while it is face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone.

If this card is face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone, this effect must be activated during your Draw Phase before you conduct your normal draw.

When activating this effect, you cannot conduct your normal draw for that turn. (Even if you are unable to perform the effect's resolution, you still cannot conduct your normal draw.)
