【Regarding the ① effect】
Cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
When a monster effect is activated by a monster in your opponent's Monster Zone, if that monster was Special Summoned this turn, you can activate this effect in direct chain to that activation.
You can activate this effect even if a monster in your opponent's Monster Zone activates an effect and leaves the Monster Zone as cost.
