This card can be activated when there is 1 or more face-up monsters in either player's Monster Zone whose current Level is different from its original Level.
This effect does not target.
This card cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
The effect of "Turnabout" does not only apply to monsters whose current Level is different from their original Level. It applies to all face-up monsters in both players' Monster Zones.
