During your opponent's Main Phase, you can (Quick Effect): Immediately after this effect resolves, Link Summon 1 Link Monster, and if this card you control would be used as material for that Link Summon, you can also use 1 Link-2 or lower monster your opponent controls. Neither player can activate the effects of Link Monsters in response to this effect's activation. You can only use each effect of "W:P Fancy Ball" once per turn.
