When Summoned this way: You can target 2 Level 4 Fish monsters in your GY; Special Summon those targets in Defense Position. Their effects are negated, they cannot attack or change their battle positions, and cannot be used as material for an Xyz Summon, except for the Xyz Summon of a WATER monster.
The effect [1] is not classified as an Ignition Effect, Trigger Effect, Quick Effect, or Continuous Effect. (A Chain Link is not built when Special Summoning with this effect. "Detach 2 Xyz Materials from your field" and "Special Summon from your hand" do not happen simultaneously.)
You can also detach Xyz Materials from an Xyz Monster that is in face-down Defense Position on your field.
The effect of "②" is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone. (It can be activated when this card is successfully Special Summoned by the effect of its own "①". It is an effect that targets 2 Level 4 Fish-Type monsters in your Graveyard.)
The resolution of the effect of "②" is completed by the Special Summon. (The effect "monsters Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack, their effects are negated, and their battle positions cannot be changed," as well as the effect "if you use monsters Special Summoned by this effect as Xyz Material, they can only be used for the Xyz Summon of a WATER monster," are applied immediately to the Special Summoned monsters.)
