During the End Phase, send it to the Graveyard. You can only activate 1 "Xyz Shift" per turn.
When activating "Xyz Shift", you Tribute 1 Xyz Monster you control as a cost.
When activating "Xyz Shift", you can also Tribute an Xyz Monster that is in face-down Defense Position on your field.
"Xyz Shift" does not target.
