Even if "Zubaba General" is already equipped with a Warrior-Type monster due to its own effect, you can activate the effect again during your next turn. (By activating the effect once per turn, you can result in having 2 or more Warrior-Type monsters equipped to it.)
The effect "This card gains ATK equal to the ATK of the monster equipped by this effect" is a Continuous Effect.
If a Warrior-Type monster that was equipped to "Zubaba General" as an Equip Card by its own effect is no longer equipped, the ATK gained by "Zubaba General" returns to its original value.
